Melanie Panasiuk
Melanie Panasiuk is co-manages our office and primarily serves as Senior Paralegal to Amy L.B. Ginsburg, Esq. Melanie earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, and she is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson.
For the past six years, Melanie worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a busy national consumer litigation firm and, prior to that she worked in the Philadelphia Public Defender’s Office, The Philadelphia Reentry Coalition, and the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program. Through her professional history, Melanie has developed extensive litigation experience, most particularly in consumer litigation matters. She is highly proficient in preparing case documents, managing case deadlines, and coordinating the firm’s various court submissions. Most importantly, though, Melanie works closely with our firm’s clients to ensure we efficiently achieve their needs and goals .
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys time with her family and recently became a top-notch golfer. Fun fact about Melanie – she has a twin sister!
In 2017, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson appointed Katelyn to serve on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Development and Finance Authority (ADFA) and she is now the Chairwoman. The AFDA’s mission is to promote economic growth in the State of Arkansas by providing and supporting financing for affordable housing, agricultural business enterprises, industrial and economic development, capital improvement for state agencies and local governments, higher education funding and related programs, and by promoting better economic policy. She currently serves as AFDA’s Chairperson and chairs its Professional Selection Committee.
