Amy Lynn Bennecoff Ginsburg
Since law school Amy has practiced in various areas of civil litigation including real estate, commercial, personal injury, and bankruptcy. However, for the past 16 years, she has exclusively devoted her practice to representing consumers with claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and similar state statutes, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, Truth in Lending, Lemon Law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases; she also represents consumers in debt defense cases and foreclosures. She has been interviewed on various talk shows and news programs on consumer issues.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also cares very deeply about, and is actively involved, in her community. In that regard, Amy was elected in November 2021 to serve as a Member of the Wissahickon School Board and, prior to the election, she served as a Director on the Boards of the Wissahickon School District and Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.
